"After losing my sister, I went to a counselor a couple of times but felt I was getting nowhere. I ran into Cindy, and she asked if I'd like to try a different approach. She explained what Life Coaching was all about and the techniques she uses."

"In the very first session, Cindy and I worked on mapping out a road ahead, and I left with useful tools to help me get where I wanted to be. How refreshing to walk away feeling positive and empowered!"

"Unlike counseling, the sessions are not intended to continue indefinitely - - the intent is to give you the information and tools you need to turn your life around, to make immediate and effective changes. Cindy's approach is no nonsense and straight forward; her mission is to teach you how to move on with your life in a positive direction."

"For anyone who is in a rut, or is dealing with something difficult, I would encourage you to try this approach. "

It will make a world of difference in a very short time."
